Every room is different, and having to choose a room, sight unseen, from limited photos is difficult. The retreat center owner and Libbie know the accommodations best and will intuitively match you with your special setting. When you register, you will be asked a few preference questions to assist us in selecting a room for you. Just choose whether you are open to sharing space or prefer a private casita and we will take it from there.
If you are not traveling with anyone and would like to be matched with a roommate, we will do our best to make that happen. You will have the option of sharing contact information with each other if you want to get acquainted before the retreat.
A $500 non-refundable deposit secures your spot on this adventure! Half of your balance will be due by April 1, 2024 and the remaining balance will be due on June 14, 2024.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Any cancellation will result in loss of the non-refundable $500 deposit.
- Any cancellation made prior to June 14, 2024 will result in loss of 50% of the total trip price.
- Any cancellation made between June 15, 2024 and the trip departure will result in total loss of funds.
- We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do, all money paid will be refunded in full).
- Trip cancellation insurance is always a good idea when making travel plans, and is required by the venue. Two popular providers are Travel Guard Insurance and World Nomads, where you can choose from several policy options.
